What customers say?

“ This was my first time visiting. The restaurant's parking lot (3 cars) was full, so I parked in a nearby coin parking lot. I ordered yakisoba and okonomiyaki (pork mochi). The soba noodles in the okonomiyaki were crispy and delicious. ”

“ I was exploring Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki, so I decided to check out this place I'd been curious about. It's been a while since I've found an okonomiyaki restaurant that perfectly suits my tastes. The noodles are crispy and perfectly paired with the sushi noodles, a staple in Hiroshima. I was seated at the counter, hoping to eat the food straight from the hotplate, but it was served on a hotplate or plate. The plate was probably Koishiwara-yaki, which personally excited me. There was also extra okonomiyaki sauce and mayonnaise at the counter. When serving the food, the waiter explained, "Just press the lever to release the sauce and mayonnaise." I tried it, and it's true: it's a bit confusing without the explanation. (lol) There were only three parking spaces: two at an angle in front of the restaurant and one between the restaurant and the fence. (I guess that can't be helped, considering the location.) There was a paid parking lot nearby, but it tended to be quite full. Many people probably get it wrong at first glance, but please note that the area beyond the fence from the restaurant is not the restaurant's parking lot. I'm so glad I found the perfect crispy Hiroshima-style okonomiyaki in Fukuoka Prefecture. I recommend it to anyone who likes crispy okonomiyaki. ”

“ I visited on a Saturday just before 7 PM. There was a line of about 10 people, three groups in total. There were also many takeout customers, so it was quite busy. I ordered: Meatball ¥850 + Extra Large Vegetables ¥240 Shiso and Cheese Grill ¥1050 ! As expected from a popular restaurant, it was delicious. For men, the regular meatball might not be enough! I recommend the extra large! (Extra Large Vegetables + ¥240, Extra Large Noodles + ¥240, or Extra Large Both + ¥480) It's Hiroshima-style, so you'll finish it all in no time. The mayonnaise and Otafuku sauce on the table are in unusual containers, dispensed from the bottom rather than the top, something you don't often see at other restaurants! It has a strong egg flavor, Hiroshima-style, and it was my first time trying the Shiso and Cheese Grill. The shiso adds a nice accent, and I highly recommend it! The parking lot in front of the restaurant is at an angle, making it quite difficult to park, so if you have a large car, it's best to park elsewhere! ”

“ It's incredibly delicious! The soba noodles are crispy and addictive! All of the okonomiyaki were delicious! It may be because it was lunchtime, but even on weekdays, customers kept coming in and it's no wonder they're so busy! The staff were also very considerate and thoughtful, which was great! ”

“ They've been here for over 10 years... I tried their base dish, the meat ball! The noodles were firm, and the inside was moist with cabbage and bean sprouts. They also had squid tempura, so I was very satisfied! There's not much parking, but the inside is quite spacious, so I recommend giving it a try! ”

“ delicious hiroshima-style okonomiyaki. probably the best in the area. i always take visitors to this restaurant. sit at the counter in front of the grill if you want to watch them make it. ”

“ I visited on a Sunday lunchtime, but it was full, so I had to wait outside for a while. The wait only made the food taste better, because it was absolutely delicious. I was seated at the counter, so I could see the food being cooked right in front of me, which felt like a live performance. You can choose between udon and soba noodles. This time I tried the curry minced meat dish, which is a unique dish that I've never seen anywhere else, and it left me full. The appetizer menu was also extensive, and it would go well with alcohol. The atmosphere inside the restaurant was nice and comfortable. I can see why it's a popular restaurant. Thank you for the meal. It was really delicious. I'd like to visit again. ”

“ The okonomiyaki is simply delicious. When it comes to Hiroshima-yaki in Fukuoka, this place is probably on par with Kawasemi in Higashi Ward. The side dishes other than okonomiyaki are also of a high standard. I especially recommend the beef tendon ponzu sauce. The honey lemon drink is also really tasty. The only downside is that there isn't much parking space. ”
